Daily Atinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Naivasha

Itinerary Description: Depart Nairobi for the scenic drive to Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival, check into your lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat ride on Lake Naivasha, famous for its hippos and rich birdlife. An optional walking safari on Crescent Island allows for close encounters with giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, a designated rhino sanctuary. Spend the day on game drives around the lake, renowned for its millions of flamingos (seasonal) and an abundance of wildlife including black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, and Rothschild's giraffes. Dinner and overnight near Lake Nakuru or Elementaita.

Day 3: Lake Bogoria / Elementaita Exploration

Explore the wonders of Lake Bogoria, famous for its hot springs, geysers, and impressive flamingo populations. Alternatively, spend the day birdwatching and relaxing at Lake Elementaita. Optional activities like a visit to Hell's Gate National Park for cycling or walking amongst wildlife can be arranged. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Rift Valley Activities & Leisure

A full day dedicated to further exploration of the Rift Valley. Depending on your preference, options include a guided nature walk, a visit to local communities, or simply enjoying the amenities of your lodge with stunning views. This day offers flexibility for relaxation or more adventurous pursuits. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Return to Nairobi

Enjoy a final breakfast amidst the Rift Valley scenery. After checking out, you'll embark on a comfortable road transfer back to Nairobi. You will be dropped off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) for your onward travel arrangements, marking the end of your Great Rift Valley adventure.
