Royal Grandeur invites you to discover the magic of Kenya, where every journey is a blend of thrilling encounters and luxurious comfort.

Logistics

Kenya has a well-developed tourism infrastructure.

  • Visa: Most nationalities require a visa for Kenya. An e-Visa is generally available and highly recommended for ease of entry. Some nationalities may qualify for visa on arrival or visa-free entry. Always check the latest requirements with the Kenyan embassy or consulate in your country before travel.
  • Main International Airport: Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi. Moi International Airport (MBA) in Mombasa serves the coast.
  • Internal Travel: Domestic flights connect Nairobi to major safari parks and coastal towns. Road transfers are also common for shorter distances.
  • Currency: Kenyan Shilling (KES). USD is widely accepted in tourist areas.

Optimal Seasons

The best time for wildlife viewing in Kenya is during the dry seasons, from late June to October, when animals congregate around water sources and the Great Migration is typically in the Maasai Mara. January to March is also excellent for game viewing and birdwatching. The coastal areas are pleasant year-round, though April-May are the long rains.
